Training

The RMS Center has provided training for all Districts as of this time. The initial training was aimed at "Train-the-Trainers", who are tasked with providing onsite instructions to their local District Staff members.

If additional or specialized training is desired from the RMS Center, please contact the Training Director for details and the costs associated with such training.

The RMS Center provides detailed training in modules covering Administration, Finances (including Modifications and Changes), Correspondence, and Quality Assurance.

The RMS Center can also provide training for Contractors using the QCS program. A typical training period for RMS Admin will cover 2-days, RMS QA will cover 1-1/2-days and QCS will cover 1/2-day.

For training provided by the RMS Center, DD Form 1566's are not required. However, your individual Division/District may desire one.

Training Agendas are provided as sample classroom instruction outlines. They are meant to be used by those facilitating local training and should be tailored for the individual session. The samples may be found here: RMS Training Agendas

PowerPoint © training slides are provided as samples of key instructional areas. They are ideally used in conjunction with hands-on training with the student using the RMS/QCS program on local computers and a local database. The presentations may be downloaded here: RMS PowerPoint Slides
